To whom it may concern:

I have known Dr. Leonard since 1998 when I began seeing him for treatment of
trigiminal neuralgia. This is a very painful condition and he has been
remarkable at keeping this condition in check. He always conducted himself in
a most professional manner during my many visits.

He not only is an outstanding physician, but also a very caring physician.
During numerous visits he would take phone calls, while attending to my
condition. I saw this as a doctor who knew his patient's urgent needs. I
realized that if I needed to have his assistance he was available for his
patients. He was always there if I needed to speak with him, which is most
comforting with my condition.

Never during any of my visits did I detect any unprofessional acts of a sexual
nature. I personally do not believe any of the charges made against him are
true. I was present for the medical examiners hearing and I am still
dumbfounded with the decision. This decision needs to be reversed allowing
this outstanding physician to resume practice.

No one will ever convince me he did the things he was accused of!

Yours truly,
Charlet Neidig
