Dear Dr. Leonard:

I was glad to talk to you yesterday but very upset to hear that your license has not been reinstated. I have seen you for 10 years over my migraines. As you know my Mom died of an aneurysm in the brain, after many years of migraines. My father in the past year has had two strokes in the brain.

This is very scary for me that both my parents have had problems, and my Mom died to it. When I first came to you I pretty much had a migraine every other day. One's so strong I would loose most my vision and could not quite throwing up. I had several black outs, one being when I was driving. I remember the first time I met you, you were referred to me by one of your patients. You must have taken an hour and a half to go over every thing with me.

You were and are the only doctor I have ever been to that showed that much concern to his patience.

When I was broke you even saw me and let me pay later. That is unheard of in the medical profession, but again show were you stand, your patience are your only concern and there well being. I also allowed you to do neck blocks when I came in and the migraine was full blown. I will not let another doctor do that. I cannot handle shots, but as I became to trust you I had no fear of you doing them. Sure did not want one, and they hurt but the relief I received was worth it.

Dr. Leonard, I need you back practicing to continue treating me. I do not want to go to another doctor. You have all my history and brought me from almost daily migraines and blacking out to a few migraines a month. Then you knowing the right combination of medicine to tell me to take when the migraine came on I was not walking around with one for 4 days. Within 36 to 24 hours it would be under control, and in some cases if I took the medicine right when I knew a migraine was coming on I would only be in that terrible pain for a couple of hours.

I know you treated patience much more severe than me. I just cannot imagine what they are doing without you. Your professionalism has always been above reproach. You are a kind and caring doctor whose number one priority is helping his patience. I cannot believe how you have been railroaded like this.

I work full time but if you have paper work I could do at home for you, or come in a Saturday to help, please let me know. I just feel helpless just sitting here knowing what kind of doctor you are and what the courts have wrongly done. Please let me know of anything I can do to help.

Sincerely,

Cindy Brunner
