To whom it may concern:

I have known Dr. Leonard for almost 7 years. I have entrusted myself into his care for the treatment of migraines.

Prior to going to Dr. Leonard, I had gone to numerous other physicians-NO other doctor was more sympathetic, helpful and truly caring as Dr. Leonard. His patient care consists of great compassion which is so rare in today's insurance driven medical field.

It is astounding, in my opinion, that based on the testimony from patients who's motive's are questionable that an honest Doctor like Dr. Leonard has to endure this nightmare.

I can only hope that the Peer Review Committee can recognize Dr. Leonard is an honorable physician and clear his good name so he can return to his practice as soon as possible. His patients need him.
