To Whom It May Concern:

Dr. Phillip Leonard has been my doctor for the past 10 years. I have seen him regularly during that time and on each occasion found his manner and treatment courteous, professional and appropriate.

Dr. Leonard cares deeply about the medical problems of his patients and the consequent personal problems that can arise because of pain and disability. I have never observed any action on his part that would lead me to conclude otherwise. So, I am deeply troubled by these allegations of misconduct and cannot believe they are true.

I know that being a good doctor is the most important thing in Dr.Leonard’s life. I hope that his license will soon be restored so that he can resume treating his patients. We need him.
