Leonard MD Dear Dr. Anderson: My name  is Laurence Cummings.  I am a patient of Dr. Leonard and I am writing to you on his behalf. Dr. Leonard is a good and honest man and has been unjustly punished.  He has won his case in Court and the Board now has the opportunity to right a gross miscarriage of justice by reinstating his license.  I believe in him  -- his patients need him -- I need him.
