I am writing this letter on behalf of Dr. Phillip Leonard, M.D., and the
reinstating of his license to practice. Dr. Leonard has been a wonderful Doctor
and has helped me live a normal life because of his professional care. I have
needed my Doctor and it is my wish that he is reinstated so that he can
further monitor my condition.
