Leonard, License Suspension Dear Dr. Anderson: This letter concerns Dr. Philip J. Leonard. For 5 years he has dealt with dark rooms, crying, severe migraine, deep depression, medicine that would not work, trial and errors. Most doctors would have given up on me, but not Dr. Leonard. Dr. Leonard has more diplomas on his walls than most doctors ever thought about having. Neurology, Psychology, Physician and others. This man spent a life time to obtain this kind of skill and knowledge not to mention the practice that he has had and the patients like me that he has had to deal with. Dr. Leonard is a very good doctor, very smart, very good at bedside manner and most of all he is a professional. I've know him a long time and I've never seen anything but a gentleman and a very kind and caring doctor He is innocent. Please send him back to those of us who need him.
