Leonard M.D. Dr. Anderson: I am writing in regard to the situation of Dr. Philip Leonard, and the suspension of his license. Dr. Leonard has many patients who have been waiting a long time for an outcome to the situation, hoping to resume treatment with Dr. Leonard. In light of the swift and decisive acquittal of Dr. Leonard of criminal charges four months ago, I urge the reinstatement of his license to practice medicine.
