To Whom It May Concern..........

       I have known Dr. Philip Leonard for many years professionally.  He has always exhibited the highest of professional ethics and standards.  As a well known patient advocate, Dr. Leonard has "gone the extra mile" for his patients to assist in all phases of care, including thousands of hours of non-gratuitous medical evaluation and treatment.

       As a medical consultant, I am in contact with many other of his peers in this community and they have only the highest professional respect for Dr. Leonard.  These same doctors still whole heartedly support him in this questionable time in his profession.

       Dr. Leonard has always treated me with the upmost respect in all of the years I have known him.  There has never been a question regarding his integrity or conduct.
