Subject: Dr. Philip J. Leonard
The purpose of this email is to provide my unqualified endorsement of Dr.
Leonard as a first rate, highly professional neurologist. I have been a
patient of Dr. Leonard's for at least 5 years, and I hold him in the highest
regard. He capably diagnosed my neuralgia and has prescribed various medications
for it over the years that have prevented it from becoming a crippling
disability.
Of all of the doctors I see, I like Dr. Leonard by far the best because of his genuine concern for his patients as individuals. Rather than trying to get you in and out in the fastest time possible, he always spends a significant amount of time talking to you about any issues important to you. The many times I have visited his office, I have never been treated discourteously, nor have I ever been touched by him inappropriately or been the subject of any inappropriate interaction with him.
Furthermore, I have neither seen nor heard of such an occurrence while in his offices. I have total confidence in his skills as a physician, I have total faith in his moral uprightness, and I simply cannot accept as true any allegations that he has ever acted in an immoral or unprofessional manner with any other of his patients.
If anyone would like to
discuss this endorsement with me, they should feel free to call me at (512)
391-3193.
