He is kind, caring, and very professional. He is extraordinarily skilled at diagnosing difficult cases. He never puts money ahead of treating the patient. He has often done charitable services for my clients. I have never heard any client say anything but the most complimentary and positive comments about Dr. Leonard. I have
observed him in his office often and see no opportunity for impropriety
due to his busy caseload and the fact that treatment rooms are near staff
offices and adjacent to other treatment rooms. I have served with him on
community service committees and find him to be a giving person. He is a
