To Whom it May Concern:

I have known Dr. Philip Leonard all of his life. When my family moved to Austin, he was our doctor for fifteen years and I have never known him to be anything but professional. He never worked in an examining room that was locked. His employees were always nearby.

Considering what I have just said, I have never known him to betray the Hippocratic oath on which he makes the foundation of his life.

I respectfully request that you return his license so he can continue on his career and his obedience to God.
