Dr.
Leonard,
I am not sure if you even remember me. My name is Matt Mobley
and you originally diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis in March
of 1998 at St. David's Hospital. I also visited your office a
couple of times after my hospital stay for help with depression
and a possible relapse.
My family later told me your license to practice medicine had
been suspended. I know the basic reason and to be quite honest,
I was shocked. You never acted inappropriate with me, in fact my
whole family was very impressed but how helpful and
knowledgeable you were with a disease we still don't know a lot
about. I was searching google to find a phone number for the
doctor who was now seeing your patients.
Basically I need a letter stating that I was diagnosed with m.s.
and I was under your care. Well, after reading this web site, I
think I am more upset now than I was when I first found out
your license to practice medicine was suspended. I think this
injustice just goes to prove that people well say or do anything
for money, the root of all evil.
Yes Dr. Leonard you and your family will be in my prayers and I
hope that one day you will get your license to practice medicine
suspension completely lifted. Anything less than that is not
acceptable. Take care Dr. Leonard.
Matt Mobley
yes you do have my permission to use this letter in any way you
see fit.
