My name is Arlene Sonnen, Ed.D. and Dr. Philip Leonard is my first cousin. Our
families are very close and Philip has been an intricate part of my life since
he was born. I watched Philip grow up and progress to adulthood.
He has always been an honest, intelligent, and caring person. He has exhibited
impeccable character is his personal and professional relationships.
I would very much appreciate it if the Peer Review Committee would continue to
investigate the motives behind patient complaints. Their testimony is beyond
my comprehension and knowing Philip as I do, cannot in any way be accurate.
