DEAR MEDICAL REVIEW BOARD    

 thank you for the opportunity to voice our opinion of  what a travesty this situation is to his patients and to the medical community if Dr.Leonard`s services were to be lost!!!

I am writing this e-mail to the review board pleading for Dr.Leonards re-reinstatement due to the

fact that it is unbelievable that this could have happened !!!!! I know that in my heart that the accusations are false and I believe that DR. Leonard is a very upstanding person with the highest respect for his patients and there well being and what he did for me by saving my hand was a miracle in itself and there is no doubt in my mind that this situation is only a way of some trying to gain financially and I feel terrible that this has happened to him so please let him get back to his life's work of making people well !!!!!! so as one  of  his patient it is my duty to stand up for his character not only as a Dr. but as a person as well !!!!!!!!!!!

I was a patient and still am a  patient since 1982  I do believe I can tell you that Dr. Leonard has never been or done anything inappropriate and if my mind serves me correctly due to the fact that i thought this was going to be reviewed and the board would clear him, but i don't believe that any injections were ever given in the office they were given in a whole different part of the complex and i don't recall any being administered by Dr .Leonard I believe they were administered by the nurse.

SO in closing I'd like to say or plead for the board to please reinstate DR.LEONARD`s medical license so he can return as one of the best physicians I have ever had !!!! Thank-you
